A team of hope

Since 2006, Betty Ann Brandis, of East Forsyth High School (EFHS), has captained the EFHS Relay for Life team.

Brandis, an eight year cancer survivor, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in July 2004.

Brandis said the news of her diagnosis was not only shocking, but life-changing as well.
